The family of Bessie Delay, 91, announces her passing, and invites all who knew her to remember her here.

What remains is memory — and the gratitude of those she loved.

Bessie's story began in 1924, and unfolded across the years that followed.

Bessie spent her working life as ['waitress and a nanny'] and held deeply to the Lutheran faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

A life of faith is rarely a life of certainty — but always one of trust.
