Carol J. Will Carol J. Will, 63 of Yankton, SD died Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Irene, SD. Private family burial will be at a later date. Carol Jean (Bertrand) Will was born on November 25, 1953 at Sioux City, Iowa to Hubert and Amelia (Clement) Bertrand. She grew up near Jefferson, SD where she graduated from Jefferson High School. She had been employed with Toy National Bank and with Terra Chemicals in Sioux City before living in Yankton, SD. Grateful for having shared her life are her mother Amelia Bertrand, North Sioux City, SD; and 2 sisters in law, Patty Johnson, McCook Lake, SD and Marilyn Scott, Jefferson, SD. She was preceded in death by her father Hubert, brothers Paul and Stephen, and a sister Angela.
