Cheryl Heppner, 62 of Parker, passed away on March 29, 2023 at her home under hospice care. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, April 3, 2023, at Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home, Parker. Arrangements provided by Hofmeister-Jones Funeral Home. Cheryl Kay Heppner was born on August 4, 1960 at Eureka, SD to Edwin and Audrey (Himmerich) Huber. She grew up south of Zeeland, ND where she graduated from Zeeland High School in 1978. After attending Dickinson State University she lived in Bismarck, ND where she was the manager of a Hardee's Restaurant for many years. Cheryl moved to the Colorado and the Denver area where she lived and owned and operated her own cleaning business before moving to Sioux Falls, SD to be closer to family. There she met the love of her life Jim Diegmiller and for the past 20 years they have lived in Parker, SD. She continued her cleaning business until she was forced to retire due to health reasons. Cheryl had a lifelong love of horses which she developed from childhood, also loved her dogs and the motorcycle trips that Jim and her shared across the United States. Grateful for having shared her life are her partner Jim; 6 brothers and sisters, Gregory Huber, Jamestown, ND, Brian Huber, Bismarck, ND, Kevin Huber, Ashley, ND, June (Bruce) Kaseman, Wishek, ND, Scott (Roxane) Huber, Sioux Falls, SD and Terry (Corinna) Huber, Linton, ND; 3 nephews and a brother-in-law, Paul Diegmiller, New Philadelphia, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents.
