June Brucklacher, 80,, has passed away, leaving behind a family and community who loved her dearly.
Some lives speak quietly; her is one such story.
Born in 1935, June began a life that would touch many along the way.
June spent her working life as ['bank teller in Sioux Falls and later on worked part-time at Parker State Bank'] — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.
June carried decades of memory, and now those memories pass to us.
June Brucklacher, 80 died Friday, November 6, 2015 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. A private family services will be held at Rosehill Cemetery, Parker. June Marie Brucklacher was born on August 28, 1935 at Sioux Valley Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD to Fred and Thelma (Woolf) Brennan. She grew up at Parker where she graduated from Parker High School in 1943 as class valedictorian. On August 28, 1935 she was united in marriage to Harold Brucklacher at Parker. They farmed for a short time then lived in Parker before moving to Sioux Falls in 1990. After high school she worked as a bank teller in Sioux Falls and later on worked part-time at Parker State Bank. She was a very caring person and was an amazing lady willing to help anyone that would ask for help. Since moving to Sioux Falls she lived with her daughter Susan, she was very caring mother and a good friend. Grateful for having shared her life are her children Susan and Gary; a sisters in law Lenore Brucklacher of Phillip, and Alice (Mac) Melin of Hartford; and a brother in law Ervin (Marlene) Brucklacher of Freeman. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Harold in 2014.
