Susan M. Brucklacher, 59 died Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. Private family services will be held. Arrangements by Hofmeister Jones Funeral Home. Susan Marie Brucklacher was born on November 27, 1956 to Harold and June (Brennan) Brucklacher. She grew up at Parker where she graduated from Parker High School in 1975. She was the director with the Heartland House in Sioux Falls for many years. Survivors include a brother Gary; and aunts and uncles, Lenore Brucklacher, Phillip, Ervin (Marlene) Brucklacher, Freeman, and Alice (Mac) Melin, Hartford. She was preceded in death recently by her parents.
