It is with sorrow and gratitude that we mark the passing of Arlis Hentges, 88, — sorrow at the loss, gratitude for the life.

A life is more than dates on a stone; here is a small portion of her story.

Arlis entered this world in 1928 — the start of a journey that would span 88 years.

Arlis held deeply to the Presbyterian faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew her best.

The traditions Arlis loved will continue to hold those she loved.
