Wilber Wayne Quick, 90, has gone home, leaving behind a circle of those who loved him.

These are some of the moments and memories that shaped his story.

Wilber's story began in 1930, and unfolded across the years that followed.

Wilber spent his working life as ['Auto Body Specialist'] and held deeply to the Methodist faith — and was, by all accounts, loved by those who knew him best.

Belief, when lived, becomes a kind of inheritance.

After he retired, he started teaching auto body classes at Southeast Vo-Tech. In his spare time, Wayne could be found out in his shop, tinkering with whatever he can find. He was the family repair man, fixing everything that was brought to him. He also had many memories of hunting and fishing with his family. Wayne loved his family the most, and always enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
